One of my photos used without my permisson

I found out by accident that a Hungarian blog used one of my photos without my permission. All of my photos on flickr are strictly all rights reserved. Anna Peter, a co-writer of velvet.hu didn't check the copyright restriction, she just used my photo.

What's my problem?
1. She didn't ask my permission to use my product.
2. The writers of this blog are professional journalists and they are working for the same online only newspaper which is managing the blog where the post appeared. I think that writing posts is part of their job and they are getting paid for it. If anybody asked me for a photo for his/her personal blog, wallpaper, t-shirt, whatever it is, probably I would give him/her permission to use it (as I already did several times in the past), but I don't like the idea of me making pictures and others using them and making money off those pictures.
There are a lot of databases selling photos. There are a lot of photographers making their living taking pictures. My photos also can
be purchased.
Just giving a link and not asking permission to use a picture still doesn't make it ok.

Update: My photo was removed and she apologized.
Still, to include a photo that is clearly marked 'all rights reserved', on a blog in one of the major websites in Hungary... by someone who gets paid for writing... So not cool
